Project Name: Kitchener Barracks Refit

Scope of Works: . Browne’s designed and delivered a full independent scaffold system to all elevations of a large-scale residential redevelopment within a live, multi-trade construction environment. The scaffold extended approximately 270m and incorporated multiple staircase towers and loading bays to ensure safe, efficient access and material handling throughout the project. (Live Operational Environment)
Challenges: The works were delivered within a constrained site footprint, requiring careful coordination with multiple contractors, strict segregation of working areas, and controlled logistics planning.
Outcome: Browne’s maintained uninterrupted site operations throughout the programme, enabling follow-on trades to progress without delay. The project was delivered safely, achieving zero reportable incidents, with proactive management ensuring programme certainty and efficient site workflow.
